Our Story
Casa Lucia Bistro is a new business, launched in July 2022 in Loro Piceno, Le Marche, Italy. Casa Lucia is named after me, Lucy Hayward and is co-run with Italian Chef Francesco Russo. It’s very much a small, family concern and you’ll often see my husband Mike behind the scenes too.

As well as being an amazing pizzaiola, Francesco is a light and creative dessert Chef. His lavender panna cotta with home-made toffee sauce has a wobble that every panna cotta can be judged by! Or maybe try a Rum Baba? Soaked in a delicious syrup and carrying distinctive Middle Eastern flavours, we’re proud to offer this alongside apple tarts, gorgeous gluten-free cakes and doughnuts.
Make sure you leave enough room to enjoy these fabulous creations. As always, not everything is available all the time, so if you have a favourite, please mention it when you book and we will do our utmost to make sure it’s there for you!

The food at Casa Lucia takes its inspiration from all across the globe. Lucy has lived in a number of countries over the years and influences from Asia and South America are often reflected in our food.
